You or your company may publish content regularly, like blogs, case studies, and social posts.

Well, a newsletter is a different kind of asset. It’s a direct line (via email) to the people who already raised their hand and said they want to hear from you.

I write newsletters for two types of clients:

  • Companies building a content relationship with their audience, and
  • Solopreneurs with have something worth saying but no time to say it consistently.

Whether you’re a healthtech company nurturing a B2B audience or a solopreneur building an owned list, I write newsletters that sound like you and go out on schedule. You review and approve. That’s it.

Care Without Compromise is my monthly newsletter for caregivers and health advocates, published on LinkedIn and Substack.

Company newsletters

The problem with most company newsletters is that they:

  • Read like press releases
  • Go out quarterly (or less frequently) because no one on the team owns them
  • Started strong but died when the person who launched them left

These newsletters give subscribers a reason to open every issue because they’re educational, not overly promotional, and sound like the person wrote them.

What this includes:

  • Voice and tone development
  • Issue strategy and content calendar
  • Content that I’ll research and write, for you to publish
  • Subject line recommendations

Solopreneurs

You have an audience, or you’re building one. You know a newsletter would help you own that relationship instead of renting it from an algorithm.

But you’re already doing everything else, and “write a newsletter” keeps getting pushed to next week.

Often, people start newsletters with good intentions, publish a few issues, then go quiet for months. When that happens, then:

  • Their subscribers forget they exist.
  • The list goes cold.
  • They start over.
  • Rinse and repeat.

Consistency is the key. One issue every week or two for a year, can do more for your audience than a viral post ever will.

The issue is finding someone who can keep the engine running without you having to write every word yourself.

That’s what I do.

What working with me looks like:

  • We start with a 30-minute onboarding call to nail your voice, your audience, and your goals.
  • I write each issue in your voice, using content you’ve already created (past posts and experiences), so nothing starts from a blank page.
  • You review, approve, and publish.
  • I’ll even throw in platform setup if you’re starting from scratch.

What you get in 3 months:

  • A consistently published newsletter.
  • A growing email list.
  • Proof that your audience is interested. Then you can decide if you want to keep working together.

How to Get Started

Whether you’re a company or a solopreneur, the first step is the same: a 30-minute call so I can understand what you’re working with and how I can help.
